Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
Before returning any product, please contact us at shopping@adnaco.com to request return authorization and shipping instructions. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also advise whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing may take several business days.
- Contact your bank, as additional processing time may apply.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shopping@adnaco.com.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace products only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us at shopping@adnaco.com. We will provide return authorization and the applicable return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If Adnaco Technology provides a prepaid return shipping label, the cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an error by Adnaco Technology.
The delivery time for a replacement product may vary depending on the customer’s location.
